Thank you for your interest in our Jiu-Jitsu Program at our award winning academy. I began teaching in our community in 1990. Since then, I have brought a unique blend of martial arts to my students while still teaching the traditional Chang-Hon Taekwondo Patterns. Our Black Belts have enjoyed cross training in the numerous styles I have learned throughout my incredible martial arts journey.

I am now making this opportunity available to everyone. Whether you are an existing Black Belt, colored belt, family member, or a new student, our Jiu-Jitsu Program will teach you the secrets of grappling and ground fighting.

I began training in Jiu-Jitsu in 1993 from the sage advice of my Taekwondo Instructor. I have enjoyed the diversity it gave to my already World Champion level stand up fighting. The lessons of anatomy, leverage, joint manipulation, and all of the subtle nuances, make this art not only fun to learn, but lethal as well.

We have had tremendous success with our MMA Program over the past years. Many parents of our students have enjoyed the laid back classroom atmosphere and the emphasis that we put into conditioning. The constant change of curriculum that gets taught in every MMA class keeps it exciting and new. When the MMA curriculum rotation reaches the Jiu-Jitsu phase, everyone gets excited. In just one year I have seen our MMA students go from zero knowledge about ground fighting to submitting each other with numerous Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
