Jeff Serdinsky's Martial Arts America has "mini" lessons of the week to aid students in learning the martial arts.

In addition to our martial arts classes, Each month our program will focus on a specific aspect of martial arts training such as fitness, confidence or perseverance, and other various life lessons that are essential toward becoming a Black Belt. These individual subjects are addressed each week in our "Lesson of the Week", where we highlight just how martial arts can improve many areas of our students' lives.
